Job Description
Responsibilities
· Develop financial analysis and execute business models for critical initiatives.
· Analyze profitability by customer, channel, and program. Evaluate impact of off-price
channels, marketplaces sales and promotional strategies.
· Manage and develop the finance team to equip them for rapid organizational growth and
evolving business needs
· Assist with working capital management and cash planning, with a strong focus on
optimizing inventory levels, enhancing trade payables efficiency, and ensuring liquidity
to support business growth
· Lead budgeting, forecasting and monthly close analysis across all divisions and channels
(wholesale, DTC)
· Oversee royalty calculations, accruals, payments and reporting in accordance with
licensing agreements
· Partner with operations to manage inventory levels, reserves, and obsolescence
· Maintain and strengthen strong internal controls and ensure compliance with accounting
standards
· Oversee and coordinate all external audits, including financial, banking, and regulatory
· Monitor tax compliance, ensuring accurate filings and timely payments
