Unit Manager - Bath Clinic 40 Hours per week £38,000 per annum Monday to Friday, occasional weekends Shifts between 7am to 8pm Are you passionate about delivering outstanding dining experiences in a healthcare setting? The Role As Unit Manager, youll oversee patient dining and staff catering services, driving excellence in food production, service delivery, and compliance. Youll manage and develop your team, build strong client relationships, and ensure operational, financial, and contractual targets are achieved. Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality, nutritious meals with a focus on patient satisfaction. Lead, train, and motivate a skilled catering team. Build strong client and customer relationships, acting on feedback to improve services. Manage budgets, cost controls, stock, and administration. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards. What Were Looking For Proven catering management experience (ideally 1 years). Strong leadership and people management skills.
