MacGregor Black is partnering with a Leading Retail and Foodservice business, on the search for a Contract & Key Accounts Manager to drive growth, service excellence, and contract performance. This is a permanent role based in Liverpool.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a commercial, fast-paced environment and wants to make a real impact in delivering exceptional service to clients in sectors such as education, healthcare, and leisure.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the management and development of major foodservice contracts across your region
* Take ownership of the tendering process, ensuring competitive, commercially sound bids are submitted
* Monitor contract performance, KPIs, and compliance, implementing continuous improvements
* Build strong, long-term relationships with key accounts including schools, care providers, prisons, and leisure operators
* Identify and deliver opportunities for growth, innovation, and new service lines
* Drive sales and profitability while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction
What we’re looking for?
* Proven experience in foodservice, catering, or retail account management
* Strong knowledge of tendering processes and contract compliance
* Demonstrable track record of growing and retaining large accounts
* Excellent attention to detail and financial acumen
* Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence multiple stakeholders
* A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to adapt in a changing environment
