Job Description
EQUANS is looking for an Apprentice Resident Liaison Officer to join our team in Harrow. This is an apprentice role working full-time hours. The salary ranges from £17,000 to £21,000, depending on skills and experience.
What will you deliver?
The Resident Liaison Officer plays a vital role. You will be the first point of contact for many tenants, shaping their impression of EQUANS through your words, actions, and service quality. Your responsibilities include:
* Assist with site setup
* Develop effective relationships with client representatives to ensure consistent communication
* Visit tenants before work begins to introduce EQUANS, explain the scope, and provide contact information and a process pack
* Establish tenant requirements through initial profiling and tailor communication plans accordingly
* Conduct property and appliance surveys with photographs prior to work commencement

Who are we looking for?
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to work remotely and in a team
* Ability to meet deadlines
* Proficiency in MS Office
* Basic understanding of construction in social housing
* Driving license preferred
