We are seeking a Senior Interior Designer to play a leading role within our studio, someone
who brings both creative vision and technical excellence, and who takes pride in delivering

You’ll be trusted to lead projects from concept to completion, shape design direction, and
push creative boundaries, while being recognised for your expertise and contribution. Our

Key Responsibilities
* Lead the design process from concept through to completion
* Create highly bespoke, innovative design solutions that exceed client expectations
* Develop and present refined concepts, mood boards, and client presentations
* Produce detailed technical drawings, specifications, and design documentation
* Oversee space planning, materials selection, and FF&E specification
* Manage multiple projects, ensuring exceptional quality, timelines, and budgets are met
* Build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers
* Conduct site visits to ensure design intent is delivered to the highest standard
* Manage, mentor and support junior team members
* Stay at the forefront of design trends, materials, and craftsmanship
Skills & Experience
* Minimum 10+ years’ experience in interior design
* Strong portfolio showcasing high-end, bespoke, delivered projects
* Proven ability to lead projects and manage client relationships
* Strong conceptual, creative, and spatial design skills
* High level of technical proficiency (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite,
Photoshop and Microsoft Office)
* Excellent knowledge of luxury materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting
* Strong attention to detail and design integrity
* Confident communicator with strong presentation skills
* Highly organised with excellent project management capability
* Full clean driving licence (required)
* Willingness to travel for project work when required
Qualifications
* Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or related field
* Professional accreditation (e.g., BIID) is advantageous
