Duties
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives and team members.
* Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
* Handle phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
* Maintain accurate records through data entry and clerical tasks.
* Assist with financial documentation using QuickBooks as needed.
* Prepare reports and presentations using Microsoft Office applications.
* Organise files and documents, ensuring easy access to information.
* Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve office efficiency.
Requirements
* Proven administrative experience in an office environment is essential.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
* Experience with QuickBooks is a plus but not mandatory.
* Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry.
* Strong clerical experience, demonstrating familiarity with office procedures.
* Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
