LSA / Behavioural Mentor – KS3 SEN Support Location: Colchester Salary: £85 - £130 per day Start Date: Immediately Contract Type: Full-time Are you passionate about supporting young people with behavioural and emotional needs? We are seeking a committed LSA / Behavioural Mentor to work with KS3 students at a dynamic and supportive SEN school in Colchester. This full-time role starts immediately and offers the chance to make a meaningful impact in the lives of secondary-aged pupils who face social, emotional, and behavioural challenges. This is an ideal role for someone who can build strong, positive relationships with young people and help them re-engage with learning through structure, patience, and mentoring.
