Job Description
We are seeking a Project Manager for the specialized finance services who thrives in fast-paced environments and has successfully delivered projects for software providers or FinTech vendors. If you are passionate about delivering cutting-edge cloud migrations, software upgrades and implementations, and possess strong leadership, stakeholder management and project delivery skills, we would love to hear from you!
What will the role involve?
* Leading and delivering high-impact technology projects across cloud migrations, software upgrades, and implementations
* Working directly with key stakeholders to scope, plan, and deliver solutions that meet their business needs, and collaborating with talented internal teams and stakeholders to drive success
* Owning and managing risks, opportunities, budgets, and timelines with confidence
* Supporting joint steering committees, ensuring alignment and effective decision-making
* Working in an innovative and solutions-focused environment to enable seamless project execution
* Responsible for identifying opportunities to improve our project management craft competency
* Potentially, the leadership and delivery of bespoke, internal or external technical work packages or projects
Qualifications
What are we looking for?
* Experience delivering external client projects in a supplier/vendor environment—essential
* Proven experience in project management and delivery.
* Knowledge of cloud migrations, software upgrades, and implementations.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Financial services experience? Even better!
* Proficiency in escalation management—resolving challenges effectively.
* Financial services or regulatory environment experience? Even better!
* Project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus!
