40 hours per week, 5-day working pattern

We are seeking a motivated, empathetic, and organised Field Care Supervisor to support our dedicated Care Assistants and provide exceptional service to our customers. This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is ready to take the next step in their care career and join a supportive, forward-thinking team.
What You’ll Be Doing
1. Assessing and reviewing customer care packages
2. Supervising, mentoring, and supporting Care Assistants
3. Completing administrative tasks relating to customers and staff
4. Acting as the link between the office and customers
5. Maintaining high standards through our Quality Assurance processes
6. Conducting new customer assessments, writing care plans, and risk assessments
7. Supporting the on-call rota
8. Covering care calls when needed
9. Ensuring customers are happy, safe, and satisfied with their care
What We’re Looking For
10. Previous experience in a similar role
11. A caring and empathetic individual with strong communication skills
12. NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards it)
13. Full UK Driving Licence and confidence driving
14. Reliable, trustworthy, flexible, and highly organised
15. Strong leadership abilities and commitment to maintaining high standards
16. Ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing
17. Team player with a proactive, positive attitude

Salary
Full-time, contracted position with a salary between £25, – £27, per year
