Job Description
We’re looking for a confident, driven Construction Manager help take ownership of fast-paced commercial fit out and design & build projects across the office and higher education sectors, delivering schemes up to £15 million in value.
This is a client-facing leadership role for someone who thrives in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment. You’ll be helping to deliver projects from pre-construction through to completion and gain exposure within tenders.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage fit out and design & build projects up to £15 million.
* Support client relationships throughout project lifecycle.
* Coordinate with the delivery team to ensure projects are completed to the highest standard.
* Manage programmes, and risk while ensuring compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
* Mentor and support junior team members, contributing to a collaborative and high performing culture.
* Represent the business confidently in client meetings and industry events.
About You
* Experienced in commercial fit out or design & build project delivery, ideally with exposure to offices or higher education projects.
* Proven ability to support the delivery of complex schemes up to £15 million.
* Confident communicator with natural presence and the ability to build strong client relationships.
* Ambitious, self-motivated, and looking for genuine progression opportunities in a flat, open structure.
