Our client based in Dyce are looking to welcome an Operations Assistant to support their operations department. The successful candidate will assist with coordinating operational activities, maintaining accurate records, supporting internal processes, and ensuring smooth day to day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide general administrative support including filing, data entry, and managing incoming/outgoing correspondence.
* Prepare and issue quotations to clients, and follow up to gather and review feedback.
* Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally.
* Distribute relevant project documents to workshop staff to support daily operations.
* Manage procurement activities.
* Ensure the office and workshop environments are maintained in a safe and orderly condition.
* Adhere to and promote company’s QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety & Environment) policies and procedures.
* Assist team members with various administrative tasks and ad hoc projects as required.
Skills & Experience:
* Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Familiarity with procurement processes and document handling is a plus.
* Knowledge of InspHire and Emax operating systems is desirable.
* Knowledge of QHSE standards is desirable
