Areyou ready to use your administration, organisational, communication andproject support skills in a way that makes a positive impact on peopleslives? If so, we have a fantastic opportunity to become a member of our DITProject Management Office team within the Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust.

Reportingto the Head of DIT Project Management Office your role will be an integralpart of Project Management and Governance, working collaboratively with keystakeholders and supporting delivery of a wide range of exciting digitalprojects across the Trust

Main duties of the job

Youwill play a key role in the Projects and Programmes Team within DigitalSolutions, undertaking co-ordination and management of requests for projectsand support of these projects through the Project Delivery Lifecycle (PDLC).

Youwill take responsibility for ensuring project files are up to date andauditable; managing PDLC governance and stakeholder meetings including minuteand action taking and other administrative duties as required

Youwill work as part of our multi-professional workforce providing digitalsolutions.

Youwill be supported, by the PMO Delivery Analyst & Project Officer and Headof DIT PMO.

Youwill develop effective and valued relationships with colleagues not only inDIT but with Stakeholders across the Trust.

Additional Requirements

* Good interpersonal skills.
* Visio and MS Project.


Qualifications

* Good standard of education to a minimum of GCSE.
* A willingness to undergo personal development and learn new skills.


Experience

* Demonstrate strong Organisational and time management skills.
* Experience of working in a structured project environment.
* Confident in dealings with directors, managers clinical staff and other stakeholders.
* Can demonstrate an understanding of project/change management activities or experience of working on a project.
* MS Office products Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
* Appreciation of confidentiality. Experience of working with multidisciplinary teams.
* Working in an Acute Trust
* An understanding of Trust/NHS policy and procedure.
* An understanding of PRINCE2
