£40,000 per annum + £5K Travel Allowance + 10% Bonus
Your new role
The IT Software Licence Administrator will take end-to-end ownership of software licensing across the business, ensuring efficient onboarding of new software, proactive licence management, and timely renewals to support uninterrupted research and operations.
This role is critical to improving efficiency, strengthening cross-functional coordination, and providing clear visibility of software availability to the community. The post holder will be a highly organised and proactive member of the IT team, responsible for establishing scalable processes that keep pace with the industry.
What you'll need to succeed
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines simultaneously.
* Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders across technical, commercial, and operational teams.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to provide clear status updates and guidance.
* High attention to detail and a structured approach to process and data management.
* Experience in software licence management, IT procurement, or vendor management.
* Familiarity with SaaS licensing models and enterprise software agreements.
