Are you an experienced administrator with a passion for education and organisation? We are currently seeking a School Administrator to support a thriving primary/secondary school in on a temporary basis, with the possibility of long-term opportunities.
?? Start Date: September?? Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm?? Pay: Competitive, depending on experience?? Location: Sittingbourne, Kent
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing administrative support to the school office and leadership team
* Handling incoming calls, emails and visitors at reception
* Managing attendance records and pupil data using SIMS (or similar)
* Assisting with correspondence, filing, and document preparation
* Supporting with admissions, school events and general day-to-day operations
Requirements:
1. Previous experience in a school office or similar administrative role
2. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and school MIS systems (e.g. SIMS)
3. A DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)
4. Strong communication and organisational skills
