Mortgage Advice Bureau (MAB) is the UK's leading mortgage broker, with its unique partnership model geared towards strategic growth and winning 250+ awards for the quality of its advice and service. We’re on the lookout for a passionate, people-focused Sales Manager to join our growing team.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Oversee and conduct monthly team meetings, which include 121s and business reviews.
* Make sure that the team meets and surpasses performance goals.
* Supervise the team leader and mortgage progression team to promote growth and performance.
* Managing relationships with the mortgage brokers.
* Creating a relationship with the senior partners from the network.
What We’re Looking For
* CeMAP qualified (or equivalent) (must have)
* Demonstrated expertise in managing financial services or in a related leadership position.
* Excellent people management and leadership abilities.
* Thorough understanding of sales procedures, industry rules, and financial services.
* Knowledge of KPI management and the capacity to pinpoint areas in need of development.
