We seek a highly motivated, driven, ambitious and resilient Internal Sales Representative looking for an exciting role within our business. The chosen candidate would be responsible for generating new business in our target area and building a customer database along the way.

Roles and Responsibilities
· Generating high levels of outbound calls and emails.
· Daily cold-calling target.
· Daily hot-calling targets.
· Must hit their sales target.
· Data input - Building and maintaining a customer database using Microsoft Excel.
· Keeping up to date with product specifications and service requirements.
Experience
· Previous Sales or High Quantity Calling experience is required.
· Previous experience in Facilities Management would be helpful but not a necessity.
Skills Required
· A Confident, Engaging and Friendly Telephone Manner.
· Clear communication skills.
· Resilience and determination.
· Detailed understanding of the Service Agreements and Products we sell.
· Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Excellent attention to detail.
· Ability to Multitask and organise your workload.
· Flexible, proactive and reactive approach when responding to matters in the workplace.
· Competent in Microsoft Office.
