Executive Assistant – EMEA Partner Leader
We are looking for a high-performing Executive Assistant to partner with 2 Senior EMEA Directors and support a dynamic, international Channel Management team.
This is not a traditional administrative role. We are looking for someone who is fast, highly organized, and an excellent communicator, with the confidence to operate independently, anticipate needs, and keep things moving without constant direction.
You will act as a trusted partner, ensuring priorities are executed, communication flows smoothly, and details are handled with precision.
What You’ll Do
Drive Execution & Keep Things Moving
1. Manage a complex, fast-changing calendar with strong prioritization and judgment
2. Ensure meetings are purposeful, well-prepared, and followed through with clear actions
3. Track key topics and proactively follow up to keep momentum across the team
Be the Hub of Communication & Coordination
4. Act as a central point of coordination across teams, stakeholders, and geographies
5. Communicate clearly, concisely, and proactively — both internally and externally
6. Step in to resolve gaps, misalignment, or missing information before they become issues
Deliver High-Quality Work
7. Prepare polished presentations, documents, and communications with strong attention to detail
8. Manage travel, events, and logistics seamlessly (including executive-level meetings and Partner Advisory Boards in Europe and the US)
9. Ensure all outputs meet a high standard with minimal rework
Own and Improve How We Work
10. Bring structure to tools, documentation, and ways of working (e.g., SharePoint, distribution lists, planning materials)
11. Identify inefficiencies and suggest better ways of working
12. Take initiative — don’t wait to be asked
What We’re Looking For
13. Proven experience supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced, international environment
14. Outstanding written and spoken English
15. Strong communicator — clear, concise, and confident with senior stakeholders
16. Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
17. Fast, responsive, and able to manage multiple priorities without losing quality
18. Proactive and solutions-oriented — you take ownership and follow through
19. Positive, can-do attitude with strong professional judgment
20. Comfortable with modern tools (Microsoft Office, collaboration platforms, etc.)
What Success Looks Like
21. Things run smoothly without needing to be chased
22. Communication is clear, timely, and well-structured
23. Deliverables are accurate and high-quality the first time
24. You anticipate needs and stay one step ahead
25. You are seen as a reliable partner, not just support
