Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and secure new business opportunities in the UK and internationally.
* Build strong relationships with key decision-makers.
* Develop tailored proposals and manage tender processes.
* Achieve revenue and growth targets while providing market insights.
What Were Looking For:
* Proven experience in new business or sales, not an account manager.
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
* Commercial acumen and ability to identify market trends.
* Preference for candidates with experience in training, oil & gas, renewables, or utilities sectors.
Location:Glasgow - Time spent in the office, but travel will be required
