Head of (IAM) Identity & Access Management Operations Head Resourcing is pleased to be working with one of the UK's leading retail banks who are seeking an experienced Head of Identity & Access Management (IAM) Operations to join their team. This is a pivotal leadership role, responsible for shaping and delivering the IAM strategy for one of the UK's largest financial institutions. As Head of IAM Operations, you will lead a team tasked with providing robust, secure, and scalable identity and access solutions, enabling secure access across the organisation. Operational Excellence: Lead the delivery and support of IAM services with a focus on availability, performance, simplification, and compliance.
Customer Focus: Champion secure, customer-first IAM practices that enable seamless and safe user experiences.
Risk Management: Oversee risk identification and mitigation across IAM operations, ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practice.
A customer-centric mindset with the ability to balance security requirements and user experience.
Strong knowledge of ITIL best practices and experience operating within a 24/7 support environment.
Ability to communicate a compelling vision and lead through transformation and change.
Edinburgh, Leeds, Manchester, Bristol, or London (with occasional travel between these sites)
Hybrid - minimum two days per week in the office
Salary: Up to 170k depending on location and experience
