This role focuses on advising pre-qualified clients who have already accessed Will-writing services through an employee benefits platform meaning no cold sales and no business development pressure.

The role Youll advise clients on:
* Wills, Trusts and Lasting Powers of Attorney
* Estate planning and inheritance tax considerations
* Drafting and amending Wills and LPAs within agreed SLAs
* Preparing and submitting LPAs, including OPG registrations
Youll manage your own caseload, build trusted client relationships, and work closely with internal legal and operational teams. xxuwjjq
About you:
* Law graduate or Private Client professional with 2+ years experience
* Background in Wills, Trusts, LPAs or Estate Planning
* STEP or CILEX qualified (or actively working towards)
* Comfortable in a client-facing, advisory environment
Financial services experience is beneficial but not essential.
