As a Territory manager for the North West in the Ortho division, you will be managing a large sales area for Align Technology selling Orthodontic Digital Products. You will be responsible for managing the Align business in a specific area of UK, with your primary objective to achieve Operational Plan in line with company and country strategic objectives. As a Territory Manager you will drive your Territory to achieve the Operational Plan via detailed account and territory planning that includes but is not limited to; establishing account relationships with customers and potential customers, supporting the educational pathway, practice development including the provision of practice events aimed at business generation as well as proactively communicating with customers and non-customers. The ideal candidate is located in the area of Liverpool-Manchester Key Responsibilities • Manage the assigned territory where you will help to grow the business and onboard new high potential accounts • Use insights and a consultative selling approach to teach customers about their industry and their customers • Challenge doctors to modernize and grow their business including implementation of digital technology • Plan and execute a Territory plan, based on understanding the potential in each account in your geography • Create & execute account plans for highest potential accounts, based on deep understanding of the account’s business, goals, challenges and opportunities. • Utilize data/analytics to help customer’s drive decision making • Orchestrate additional internal Company resources to optimize the customer experience and provide ongoing promotion of Align solutions. Skills, Knowledge & Expertise • Bachelor ’s degree preferred with 3-5 years of equivalent experience in b2b sales • Analytical and business planning skills as you own and plan for the activities in your territory • To be comfortable having business discussions (Cash Flow Analysis, ROI, P&L) and asking the right business questions • A desire to work in a high-performance team • To be adaptable and open to new ideas and ways of doing business • Relationship management skills as you will build and maintain positive connections with customers and colleagues at Align Technology • Industry experience selling a medical device, capital equipment, dental, orthodontic, or other relevant B2B experience preferred but not required • Field-based in the North West of England
