Role Overview
An exciting new opportunity has come up here at Head Office. This is a great opportunity for you to become a key member of our aftersales head office team.
As an Aftersales Operations Manager you will lead and optimise aftersales operations across 27 sites within the group. You will be the link between service departments, parts and suppliers to ensure delivery and evolution of key Aftersales activities to maximise performance, efficiency & profitability. This includes implementation of key strategic developments, creation of campaigns and maintaining engagement & training to ensure consistent process across the group.
The role also involves:
* Financial planning, performance & budget management: create, manage & track supplier contracts c£3m p/a
* Analyse financial reports to identify trends & improvement areas
* Optimise pricing strategies in line with market positioning
* Managing & growing the Aftersales Support Advisor & VHC Centralised Teams
* Managing the Retention Team to optimise conversion, growth in bookings, telephony journeys & digital advancements to improve efficiency
* Creating and driving actions to ensure all key Digital Customer Journey processes are consistently adopted across all sites.
* Explore, Implement & Manage Customer Retention strategies & KPI’s across the business
* Working with the wider head office team; i.e Parts, Marketing, Digital, Finance & Operations Directors to deliver projects, create and launch products & ensure consistent adherence to processes
* Support the Aftersales Performance Team with underperforming dealers to stabilise businesses and manage actions to return to group standards
* Maintain business relationships & performance as a key group contact for Fleet, Motability and a range of other suppliers. Provide resolution and delivery of required standards to maximise ongoing support
* Create, Develop & hold training sessions to ensure engagement & maintain a positive culture within our business
* Ensure consistent group adherence to Stellantis programmes and policies to ensure the opportunity to maximise programmes is achieved

We are looking for an enthusiastic Aftersales professional with proven experience & success in an aftersales leadership role!
To excel in this role you need to hold a Graduate / HND / Diploma in Motor Vehicle Management or similar alongside the following skills and experience:
* Exceptionally strong understanding of Aftersales business including significant experience running large Aftersales Departments
* Strategic mind and operational focus
* Strong communicator with stakeholder management capabilityCustomer-first Mind Set
* Good analytical skills and the ability to build insight from that data
* Current driving licence
* Computer skills, including experience of excel, email and internet. Power BI experience desirable
