We are seeking a passionate and experienced Trainer Assessor to deliver and assess Business, Leadership and Management apprenticeships and professional qualifications (Levels 3–6). You will work closely with learners and employers to ensure successful outcomes, supporting apprentices from onboarding through to End Point Assessment. This role involves teaching, assessing, and guiding learners to achieve their full potential, while maintaining compliance with awarding body and funding requirements.
This role is across Doncaster College and North Lindsey College.

Vacancy 1: Full time 35.5 hours a week - Cross site
Vacancy 2: Part Time 11.25 hours a week
Actual Salary: £10,295.49 - £13,031.62 per annum
Essential Criteria
1. Relevant qualification in Business and Management discipline
2. GCSE (or equivalent) English and Maths at grade C/4 or above
3. Substantial industry experience - managerial/business partner role
4. Ability to meet KPIs and SMART targets
5. Full UK driving licence and access to a car
Key Responsibilities
6. Manage a caseload of learners and ensure timely progress and achievement
7. Deliver engaging teaching sessions and assess learner work in line with awarding body standards
8. Conduct progress reviews and tripartite meetings with learners and employers
9. Support learners with onboarding, guidance, and preparation for End Point Assessment
10. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with college policies and funding requirements
11. Engage with employers to promote training opportunities and strengthen partnerships
12. Monitor off-the-job training and ensure adherence to apprenticeship standards
13. Contribute to curriculum development and quality assurance processes
