Job Title: Lead Solution Architect

Salary: £61,110+ depending on experience
What You'll Be Doing:
* Defining Solution Architecture: Craft the architecture and design for projects that meet business and system requirements while adhering to cost and time constraints.
* Capturing Architectures: Define the current and future application, data, and technology architectures for assigned projects.
* Ensuring Quality: Assure that the overall functional and technical design of the solution is acceptable and fit for purpose.
* Providing Design Leadership: Lead the IM&T solution design and collaborate with 3rd parties and product teams to ensure effective communication.
* Liaising with Suppliers: Work closely with internal and external IM&T suppliers and product teams.
* Supporting Project Managers: Collaborate with Project Managers to develop project plans, review estimates, and identify schedules.
Your Skills and Experiences:
Essential:
* Proven experience in the design, development, testing, and release of Information Systems.
* Strong skills in incident and problem management.
* Effective stakeholder management, influencing local organizations, customers, suppliers, partners, and peers.
* Familiarity with architecture frameworks such as TOGAF.
Desirable:
* Architecture qualification such as TOGAF.
* Additional industry qualifications like BCS.

Join our ESCC Team, a dynamic cross-functional group that collaborates across Engineering, Manufacturing, and Support Services to deliver critical technical solutions and system support. Work with engineering software vendors, application owners, and internal stakeholders to ensure tools and processes run efficiently across global projects.
