About the Role
As an SEN Tutor, you will deliver personalised, engaging lessons tailored to meet the individual needs of a KS2 student with Special Educational Needs. This SEN Tutor role involves building a strong, trusting relationship while adapting teaching strategies to suit the learner's unique style.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver creative, differentiated lessons as an SEN Tutor
* Support academic progress in core KS2 subjects
* Use innovative approaches to engage and motivate
* Work closely with parents/carers to track progress
* Create a safe, nurturing learning environment
What We're Looking For
* Experience working as an SEN Tutor or supporting children with SEN
* Strong understanding of KS2 curriculum
* Patience, empathy, and adaptability
* Ability to work independently in a home setting
* Relevant teaching or tutoring qualifications (preferred)
