The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a growing team and deal with a varied caseload of regulatory matters on behalf of a range of clients. As the appointed Regulatory Solicitor you will be advising on both contentious and non-contentious regulatory matters such as inquests, health and safety and environmental matters.
The Candidate
Applications are welcomed from Solicitors with up to 4 years PQE and proven technical expertise in dealing with a variety of regulatory matters. The firm is keen to hear from Solicitors who possess a real passion to specialise in regulatory matters and a strong criminal/advocacy background. Joining an established team with recommended lawyers you will gain exposure to a diverse range of matters and have a solid understanding of criminal and regulatory law. Newly Qualified Solicitors will be considered if they have completed at least one seat within criminal defence and/or regulatory law.
