Hours:
* Monday-Thursday 08:00-16:30
* Friday 08:00-13:00
The role of Sales Administrator:
* Serve as the first point of contact for customers, potential clients, external sales representatives, and global office teams.
* Prepare and process customer enquiries and orders with accuracy and professionalism.
* Coordinate with internal departments including Production Control, Despatch, and Accounts to facilitate timely order fulfilment.
* Monitor and communicate order progress by liaising with relevant teams to maintain transparency and customer satisfaction.
* Follow established procedures for each task, ensuring full compliance with company standards and policies.
The ideal Sales Administrator:
* Previous experience within sales or administration is required.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
