About the Support Worker role:
Hourly Rate: £13 per hour (Enhanced hourly rate on all Bank Holidays)
Location: Macclesfield
Shifts Available: Days 0800-2000 & Nights 2000-0800
Speciality: Autism and Learning Disabilities.

Here at Sugarman Health and Wellbeing we are currently recruiting a Support Worker to support a male who lives in his home in Macclesfield. You would become an essential part of his existing care team in this fulfilling and exciting role. We are looking for someone who has an inspiring attitude to promote bespoke care. You will need to be active and willing to join and support activities daily.
Duties for this Support Worker role:
To ensure that she can live as independent as possible in her own home
It's important for her to feel a part of the community whilst staff still ensure to support her health needs.
Staff are expected to get involved with all activities.
Applicant requirements:
Able to attend The Management of Actual or Potential Aggression (MAPA) training which is provided by Sugarman Health and Wellbeing
The enthusiasm to learn and experience new things
To be willing to embrace the goals she wants to achieve
Someone who will go above and beyond for the Service User and staff involved in the package
Able to work in the UK and can show documents
Full enhanced DBS
