The Client Operations Assistant role supports the day-to-day operational and client service activities within a growing investment management business. It combines administrative processing, client interaction and operational support, with clear progression as knowledge and capability develop.

Key responsibilities
* Maintaining accurate data across internal systems
* Assisting with report production and distribution
* Processing client onboarding applications and trade entries
* Supporting dealing, settlement and cash management processes
* Handling client enquiries via email and telephone within agreed SLAs
* Assisting with reconciliations, payments and ad-hoc operational projects
