* Lead and grow the family law team, setting strategy and direction.

* Extensive experience in family law, including managing high-value and sensitive cases.
* Proven leadership skills and the ability to inspire and guide a team.
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills with both clients and colleagues.
* Up-to-date knowledge of developments in family law and a proactive approach to best practice.
Qualifications
* Law degree or equivalent legal qualification.
* Admission to the legal bar with a valid practising certificate.
* Senior-level experience in family law, ideally within a reputable practice.
