As a Night Nurse, you’ll lead our overnight team, providing clinical excellence while nurturing a calm, supportive environment. Your leadership ensures residents sleep soundly, receive personalised care, and wake to a safe, warm, and comfortable home. Resident Care: Monitor health conditions, administer medications safely, and respond promptly to any changes or emergencies. Personalised Care Plans: Work closely with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to craft care plans tailored to individual needs and preferences. Observations and Documentation: Keep accurate records of care, observations, and medication administration, ensuring all regulatory standards are met. Promote Wellbeing: Support residents’ dignity, independence, and comfort overnight, and encourage gentle engagement and reassurance where needed. Emergency Response: Be the first point of contact for any urgent situations, providing calm, professional support to residents and staff. Team Collaboration: Foster a positive team culture, mentoring colleagues and promoting professional development even during night hours.
