THE ROLE: This is a busy and varied Operations Assistant position, offering hands-on exposure across front-of-house, office support, and day-to-day operations within a fast-paced and professional environment — the day to day will include: Meeting and greeting VIP guests and ensuring a 5* front-of-house experience Handling incoming calls and general enquiries Supporting the in-house catering team with refreshments and re-stocking Maintaining high standards across reception and communal areas Managing office supplies and assisting with general office support Monitoring and reporting maintenance issues Providing ad hoc support across the wider team as needed The ideal candidate is someone at the start of their career who is enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn.
