Job Title: Client Relationship Administrator/PA (Financial Services)


Location: Wellington


Salary: Up to £33, DOE


Hours: Full time 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday 8.45am-5.15pm

The Role: The primary purpose of this role is to provide high-quality administrative support to Financial Consultants, playing a vital part in the smooth daytoday running of the business.


You will work across a range of financial services teams, gaining broad exposure to different areas of the organisation and developing a strong understanding of the financial planning environment. This varied position offers the opportunity to build valuable experience while supporting advisors in delivering excellent client outcomes.


Key Duties:



8. Provide a friendly and professional point of contact for clients and enquiries (by phone, email and in person)

9. Organise existing and prospective client meetings and actively manage Financial Consultants diary and workload as required

10. Liaise with clients on any administration queries they may have

11. Manage client service needs and client expectations to ensure client satisfaction

12. Ensure action points resulting from client meetings get diarised and dealt with

13. Preparation of meeting packs, to include new business for signing up

14. Completion, submission and follow up of applications, ensuring new business cases are processed in a timely and compliant manner

15. Organise client review meetings as per the company process as required

16. Preparation of client valuation reports, client review reports and maintaining client files to satisfy compliance requirements

17. Ensure follow up letters are sent in a timely manner

18. Maintenance of client records

19. General administrative support



About you:



20. Previous office support experience within a corporate environment

21. Accuracy and strong attention for detail

22. Excellent organisational and time management

23. The ability to work under pressure and prioritise

24. Excellent communication, both verbal and written

25. Competent IT user

26. A positive and proactive approach to work and a desire to help and support the wider team

27. Calm and considered outlook in approach to problem solving
