The role |
As a Front of House Manager, you will lead with passion to create a welcoming environment for guests and support your team’s development. You will coach and develop your team, drive restaurant performance, and achieve excellent results.
Responsibilities include:
* Supporting your team through training and development to maintain high standards
* Planning and managing shifts to ensure optimal coverage and team cohesion
* Managing labour, rotas, and understanding financial performance
* Celebrating successes and recognizing individual contributions
