This job is workstyle 5 – Hybrid+
You will have the opportunity to benefit from our flexible and agile working practices. This means you will work from home for part of your week and spend some time in council buildings to best suit your work, meetings and collaboration.
Duties will include:
Providing advice and guidance to client departments on debt recoveryLiaising with debtors in making repayment arrangementsPreparing and lodging court paperwork for debt recovery actions and other litigation mattersProviding advice and guidance on ordinary residence and local authority liability for the cost of serviceProviding advice and guidance on all licensing matters including legal procedures and timescales - including Civic and Alcohol licensingPreparing for and attending Civic Licensing Committee/Licensing Board including the preparation of report
This job is temporary for up to 12 months from date of appointment.
