What you will do:
* Manage a caseload with complexity aligned to your level of experience.
* Conduct statutory assessments, reviews, and reassessments using social work methodologies.

* Document comprehensive records following set guidelines and legislation.
* Collaborate closely with partners and agencies to plan and co-ordinate services that deliver best value.
* Facilitate and lead planning and review meetings as required.
* Engage with multi-disciplinary forums to ensure effective cross-agency collaboration.
* Take part in safeguarding enquiries, working with multi-agency partners and taking action in line with legal frameworks.
