We are looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join the firm known for its forward-thinking approach, strong growth strategy, and commitment to creating an environment where talented professionals can thrive and progress based on merit and contribution.
What you’ll be doing:
* Managing a varied, high-quality caseload of commercial property matters;
* Handling commercial property purchases and sales;
* Advising on landlord and tenant matters;
* Managing business purchases and sales;
* Dealing with lease assignments, transfers, and renewals;
* Advising on land development matters;
* Drafting and negotiating commercial leases, licences, and related agreements;
* Conducting due diligence and overseeing transactions from instruction to completion;
* Supporting business development activities and building long-term client relationships.
Requirements
What we’re looking for:
* 2+ years’ PQE;
* Strong experience across a broad range of commercial property work;
* Ability to manage matters independently with minimal supervision;
* Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills;
* Commercial awareness and a client-focused approach;
* Experience with pharmacy purchases and sales would be an advantage.
