We are an established fully private dental practice in South East London seeking an experienced, confident clinician to join our team with a view to future partnership.

The Role:
* Provide high-quality private general dentistry
* Ability to carry out comprehensive treatment planning
* Confidence in cosmetic and restorative treatments preferred
* Maintain excellent communication and patient rapport
* Work collaboratively within a motivated team
Requirements:
* GDC registered
* Minimum 3–5 years UK experience preferred
* Strong ethical standards and clinical judgement
* Interest in long-term growth within the practice.
Remuneration:
* 45%–50% private income share
* Estimated annual income £90,000–£160,000 depending on performance and days worked
* Partnership opportunity for the right candidate,
Flexible start date. Part-time initially with potential to expand to full-time.
