About the Role
We are seeking an experienced learning professional to join our team as a Senior Learning Developer. As a key member of our learning development team, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our learning strategy and delivering high-quality learning solutions that meet the needs of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop impactful, innovative content that meets learner needs and delivers clear business outcomes
* Review content written by other members of the team to maintain quality control, ensure learning objectives have been met, challenge learning efficacy, and drive consistency
* Develop and maintain relevant business relationships to support programmatic design
* Support the delivery of programs with onsite project management and facilitation as needed
* Design, curate, or create both technical and non-technical content as part of the learning development team
* Support the wider L&D team with development, delivery, and evaluation activities, providing coaching and supervision as required
* Leverage practical audit experience and detailed understanding of accounting and auditing to support the development of relevant learning
* Direct coaching and upskilling of more junior members of the team and help build out L&D expertise across the wider team
* Collaborate effectively with various teams to understand learning needs, translate those needs into learning objectives, and develop content that can be successfully implemented
Requirements:
* Experienced Manager/Senior Manager (or equivalent) with a background in program development and preferably experience with regulatory reporting requirements
* Formal L&D qualifications are beneficial but not essential, subject to proven experience of authoring and reviewing program content
* Understanding of the latest design thinking, innovation, tools, and technology to support program development and data analytics/evidence-based analysis
* Strong relationship skills, ability to work with varied stakeholders, influence agendas, problem solve, and drive forward activities
* Strong teamworking and collaboration skills, ability to coach, develop, and inspire people, as well as work independently
