Overview
The College is seeking to appoint a Learning Support Practitioner to assist in the care and educational support of students with learning difficulties and physical disabilities in a supported learning and mainstream setting. Learning Support Practitioners work as part of a team ensuring that students who come to College with Educational Health Care Plans and students with identified learning difficulties have their needs met, including educational needs, wellbeing, behaviour, and personal development, thus enhancing their learning opportunities and life skills.
Responsibilities

* Support students in both supported learning and mainstream settings to enhance learning opportunities and life skills.
Hours and application details
