Were on the hunt for a Recruitment Consultant whos ready to make their mark in a start-up environment. If youve got at least 1 year of recruitment experience (ideally within IT, but not essential) and a passion for people, we want to hear from you.
What youll be doing: Sourcing and engaging top IT candidates across multiple channels Building and maintaining strong candidate relationships Supporting end-to-end recruitment campaigns for clients Working closely with our Head of Delivery and Founders to deliver tailored workforce solutions Contributing ideas and energy to help shape our growing business
What were looking for: Minimum 1 years experience in recruitment (agency or in-house) Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in technology and people Self-motivation and adaptability
