Hours: Full-time, 37 hours per week (12-hour shifts, including day and night rotation)

Brodie Ward is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Senior Healthcare Support Worker (Band 3) to join our team. Our ward provides care for individuals with neuro-psychiatric conditions, offering a therapeutic environment focused on delivering person-centred care.

About The Role

As a Senior Healthcare Support Worker, you will play a key role in:

Providing nursing and personal care tailored to individual needs.

Supporting a complex patient group with compassion and resilience.

Collaborating closely with the wider multidisciplinary team (MDT).

Contributing to a therapeutic and adaptable care environment.

We Are Keen To Hear From Individuals Who Have

Experience working with patients with neuro-psychiatric conditions.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work flexibly in a demanding environment.

A person-centred approach and adaptability to meet diverse patient needs.

A caring, patient, and kind nature, along with a commitment to professional development and training.

Your Commitment

This full-time role requires an average of 37 hours per week, working 12-hour shifts on a 4-week rota that includes both day and night shifts.
