About Unity College
A warm welcome to Unity Roots. We are looking for enthusiastic and resilient teachers with prior experience of working in SEND settings to join our ever-expanding team. We offer a bespoke educational provision in a nurturing environment. We operate on two sites: the main site in West Wycombe and a satellite nurture base on the outskirts of Aylesbury. Both sites offer safe and caring spaces for students to express feelings, emotions and anxieties that can be barriers to learning. We also offer specialist vocational learning spaces, designated teaching rooms and outdoor learning opportunities.
To meet the diverse needs of the students at our satellite site we ensure an adequate staff-to-pupil ratio, with typically a class comprising no more than 3 pupils. Each class is staffed to support all needs. We value every staff member and support professional development. If you are a dedicated teacher who wants to make a difference to students’ lives, please get in touch and enquire more. We would welcome you to arrange a visit to the school. Any further questions, please contact us.
