A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Commercial Property Lawyer to join a highly regarded Legal 500 law firm in Surrey.
This is an excellent role for a motivated Solicitor or Legal Executive looking to work on high-quality commercial property matters within a supportive and collaborative team environment.
The Role
You will manage a varied caseload including:
* Commercial sales & acquisitions
* Landlord & tenant matters
* Commercial leases
* Property finance
* Real estate development work
* Drafting & negotiating contracts and legal documents
* Advising developers, investors, landlords, tenants & lenders
About You
* Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive
* 4 years PQE+ in Commercial Property
* Strong technical and drafting skills
* Commercially minded with excellent client care skills
* Able to manage transactions independently
