Kolt Recruitment are looking for a customer service advisor for a well-established accident repair company with a strong reputation in the automotive repair industry.
The Role
As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers throughout their repair journey. You’ll handle everything from initial enquiries to the completion of work, ensuring communication is clear, timely, and empathetic. This is a fast-paced, people-focused role where no two days are the same.
Key Responsibilities:

Greeting customers and managing incoming enquiries (in person, via phone, and email).

Providing updates on repair progress and liaising with insurance companies.
*
Booking in vehicles and coordinating repair schedules with the workshop team.
*
Producing and managing job cards, estimates, and relevant documentation.
*
Ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and resolving queries professionally.
*
Maintaining accurate records and following internal processes.
Key Requirements:

Previous experience in a customer service role within the automotive or accident repair industry preferred.
*
Strong communication and organisational skills.
*
Confident using computer systems and handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
*
Calm under pressure and able to manage customer expectations effectively.
*
A positive, team-oriented attitude with a genuine focus on customer care.
