This is an exciting opportunity to lead an NHS Trust through the implementation of its new Electronic Patient Record (EPR); adhering and progressing delivery of the ICS's long term strategic plans.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Lead the development and implementation of the EPR system, ensuring that its delivery is fit for purpose whilst being aligned to, and supporting, the Trust's strategic and future service models.
2. Responsible for the delivery of the EPR programme milestones both on time and to budget.
3. Provide executive-level change management in order to deliver to the vision of the ICS.
4. Lead the transformation of care pathways across the health systems, supporting development and implementation of new delivery models and system integration.
