Ground Maintenance Team Leader
Responsibilities
Lead a small grounds maintenance team as charge hand, ensuring the efficient completion of the following tasks:
* Grass and lawn cutting
* Edging and strimming
* Hedge cutting and shrub pruning
* Litter picking and weed control using mowers and powered tools
* Bulk uplifts and site clearances
Qualifications & Requirements
* Valid driving licence
* Experience leading a maintenance team
* Willingness to work 7:30 am – 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday
* Availability for a permanent role after a 3‑month probation period
Compensation
Pay rate up to £15.13 per hour.
Location & Hours
Location: Kilmarnock, Scotland
Hours: 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, Monday–Friday.
