Temporary Reception Administration Assistant – Summer Project

Wymbush, Milton Keynes

£13.70 per hour

27 April 2026 – 7 August 2026

07:30 – 17:00 - Monday to Saturday (Saturdays may end before end of contract)

Are you organised, approachable, and confident dealing with people? We’re looking for a Reception Administration Assistant to join our team for an exciting Summer Project based in Wymbush, Milton Keynes.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role, thrives in a busy environment, and takes pride in delivering excellent front-of-house service.

What you’ll be doing:

* Welcoming visitors and managing the front desk

* Answering and directing telephone calls professionally

* Adding workers to the database

* Managing access control queries and administration

* Removing site access when required

* Processing worker ID badges

* Updating and maintaining Excel spreadsheets

What we’re looking for:

* Previous experience in a similar reception or administration role

* Excellent communication skills – friendly, professional and confident

* Strong administration skills with good attention to detail

* Comfortable using databases and Excel

* A proactive and reliable approach

This is a full-time temporary role offering a competitive hourly rate of £13.70. If you’re available for the full duration and ready to be part of a busy summer project, we’d love to hear from you!
