Your new role As Centre Director, you’ll lead a dedicated team delivering quality early learning and care across five rooms, with integrated kindergarten and long daycare. You’ll shape the service philosophy, whether sustainability, outdoor play or creativity is your passion, while ensuring compliance and excellence. With a major refurbishment due for completion this year, you’ll bring your vision to life in a refreshed, modern environment. You’ll coach and mentor your team to empower children’s learning and create space for reflective practice. You’ll collaborate with families and community partners, maintain quality and safety, and lead initiatives that make the centre a place where all children thrive. Your skills and experience You’re a proven people leader with a track record of building high-performing, values-aligned teams. You bring strong early childhood expertise and the drive to inspire teams and families. You will also bring with you: Diploma in Children’s Services (or equivalent ACECQA approved). Demonstrated knowledge of early childhood development and education. Demonstrated knowledge of early learning frameworks and quality standards.
