This is an exciting opportunity to join a small team in a well established Sheffield based company trading for over 100 years. The successful candidate will be working alongside several long term staff, which offers great insight into the company culture.
Key Responsibilities for the Sales Administrator:
* Sales order processing
* Inputting orders on the system
* Answering customer calls
* Dealing with customers suppliers and any queries
* Inputting works orders on the system
Candidate Requirements for the Sales Administrator:
* Strong customer service skills with clear, professional communication
* Ability to manage multiple orders
* Confident working both independently and as part of a team
* Adaptable, enthusiastic, and proactive in problem-solving
